This course explains the Utah law governing keeping The Division of Real Estate informed of changes in the agents’ circumstances and requirements for license renewal.
Since almost all notices to the Division can be given electronically it is important for the agent to understand the process that Utah has set up for the information transfer. This includes keeping our licenses in force, tracking the CE that has been recorded to our account, notifications of movement form one broker to another, name changes, address changes. Any failure to notify could come back to you as a violation and publication in the quarterly newsletter. You need to know this information.
