If a class is not playing correctly, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Reset the Class in your Course:
- Select the class
- When asked if you would like to resume the course, select “NO”
- This will reset the class
- Reset a locked quiz:
- Wait for the quiz timer
- When the timer expires, select RETRY
- This will reset the quiz
- You can also reset the class following the steps above
- Clear your Browser Cache
- Clear your Flash Cache
