Utah Education Waiver Registration
1. Email your Education Waiver
The Utah Division of Real Estate Requires that you send your Candidate Education Certifying Document (Education Waiver) to our school before enrolling in a course.
Open your email client and email your waiver PDF that you received from the Division of Real Estate to learn@realestateonlinelearning.com.
2. Select your Utah Law Course:
$135 – Section A – Agent Utah License Law 24 Required Hours
Includes:
- Utah Real Estate Law Principles and Practices Textbook PDF
- 15 Practice Exams to prepare for the Utah Law Sales Agent Exam
$150 – Section B – Broker Utah Law 30 Required Hours
Includes:
- Utah Real Estate Law Principles and Practices Textbook PDF
- 12 Practice Exams to prepare for the Utah Law Broker Exam
3. Select required hours of Principles and Practices:
$3/hour for all Principles and Practices.
– 16 Hours Contract Law – 6 Hours Estates, Ownership, Encumbrances – 3 Hours Federal Laws and Ethics – 3 Hours Agency – 18 Hours Real Estate Finance – 5 Hours Determining Value – 3 Hours Zoning and Legal Descriptions – 2 Hours Deeds and Title – 2 Hours Brokerage Practices – 5 Hours Advanced Value – 3 Hours Property Management – 4 Hours Risk Management4. Choose Additional Study Materials
$40 – 19 Practice Exams for the General Real Estate Exam

5. Complete your Enrollment
Register for the classes that you have selected, and begin your Utah real estate education.
After you complete all of your required courses, we will sign and stamp your Candidate Education Certifying Document (Education Waiver) and email it to you. You are required to take your signed and stamped waiver with you to take the license exam.
