Let’s walk through the Real Estate License renewal process in Utah, using the MyLicenseOne system. Every licensee should get an email reminder from the Division, but it is our own responsibility to renew our licenses on time.
Every licensee needs 18 hours total:
- 3 Hour Mandatory Course
- 6 Additional hours of CORE courses
- 9 Additional hours of ANY CE courses
If it’s your first renewal, you need the 12 Hour New Agent Course as part of your 18 hours.
